Carpenter Ants
Carpenter ants excavate wood to build galleries rather than consume it.
Saela’s program covers a full interior and exterior inspection, targeted treatment with baiting, void treatments, and residual products, plus weekly follow-up visits until the infestation is resolved. Call for pricing.
Bed Bugs
Bed bugs concentrate in zones around where people sleep.
Saela’s program covers three bi-weekly services targeting those areas, paired with specific customer laundering and vacuuming steps between visits to expose and eliminate the population. Call for pricing.
Meadow voles
Meadow voles damage turf and plant root systems from below the surface.
Saela’s program uses exterior bait stations placed throughout turf and landscape areas, with three follow-up visits to maintain control.
Moles
Moles tunnel through turf and landscape in search of insects and grubs.
Saela’s program uses a trap-based approach with follow-up visits every other day until the property is clear. No broad chemical application and backed by a 28-day warranty.
Termites
Subterranean termites feed on the structural wood of a home from underground.
Saela’s termite program starts with a thorough on-site inspection, applies a liquid termiticide perimeter treatment, and installs monitored bait stations around the home, with annual inspections and a 365-day warranty included.
Fire Ants
Fire ants establish large underground colonies that a spot treatment won’t reach.
Saela’s fire ant service uses a broadcast granular application that carries the active ingredient directly into the colony, with a manufacturer-backed guarantee covering your property for 12 months after treatment.
Fleas
Indoor flea infestations are persistent because eggs are protected inside carpet fibers and bedding.
Saela’s flea program covers three interior services over six weeks. We target carpets, flooring, and pet bedding with laundering and vacuuming steps between visits to maximize the effectiveness of each treatment.
German roaches

Saela’s program combines an intensive initial service with targeted gel bait applications, crack-and-crevice treatments, and monitoring devices, followed by a focused follow-up seven days later, backed by a 30-day warranty.

Pricing & plan questions.
Does Saela do one-time treatments?
Pest control generally isn’t effective as a one-time service — pests return and cause further damage. We build programs proven to keep homes protected year-round, which is why we service on a 12-month schedule.
How long is a pest control contract?
Contracts start at 12 months, then continue month-to-month. You can cancel any time by calling us; if you cancel before the end of the current term, an early termination fee may apply. Your specialist explains the terms before you sign.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
We come back, free. The Saela Warranty covers re-services for any covered pest that returns between scheduled visits, at no additional charge, for as long as your plan is active.
How is my price determined?
Pricing is based on the pests being serviced, your local region, the size of your property, the frequency of service, and the products used.
Can I transfer my plan if I move?
Yes. Your Saela plan transfers to your new home if your new address falls within our service area. Call us when you have a move date and we’ll coordinate the transition.
