6. What happens if pests return between visits?
We back every service with the Saela Warranty—if pests come back in between your regular services, we’ll re-service your home for free.

8. Do I have to be home during treatment?
Since our products are human and pet-friendly, you can relax at home while we perform the service. While we do require someone to be home if an interior treatment is needed, no one has to be home for an exterior service! Just make sure all dogs and other pets are inside.

Yes, Saela offers industry-specific programs for restaurants, offices, hospitality, multi-family buildings, schools, and more.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
Customers can cancel service at any time by calling us directly. Cancellations must be done over the phone so we can review your account. If you cancel early, an early termination fee may apply.
11. Can I transfer my service if I move?
Yes. Your Saela plan can transfer to your new home within our service area.

Your plan includes interior & exterior treatments, crack-and-crevice protection, web and nest removal, and free re-services between visits for covered pests.
16. Do you offer eco-friendly pest control?
Yes! We use an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. We start with a thorough inspection, then choose the safest, least environmentally harmful products.
17. How do I prepare for a service visit?
Usually, no preparation is required. We’ll provide instructions ahead of time if certain rooms or items need to be moved.

We used to live in “Spiderville”. Ever since we started having Saela spray a couple of years ago, we rarely see spiders anymore. We also had a problem with a hornets nest in a tree. The techs were here at least 4 times in a week to get them out of here and they haven’t been back.
