Interior Service

We treat inside your home during the initial service to reduce the pests you currently have. Because the protective barrier prevents pests from entering your home, interior services after your initial service isn’t required. If you would like an interior treatment, ask your service specialist.

Exterior service

During the exterior service, we use a pressurized sprayer to apply the product. We spray two feet up the side of the house, four feet out from the foundation. We spot treat around doors, around first story windows, eaves, the underside of accessible decks, and front porch areas. We also spot treat along the edges of cement, sidewalks, driveways, and porches as well as along the fence-line.

Window, door, and vent barriers

In addition to the foundation of your home, we apply the product around entryways of your home. These entryways include doors, first story windows (dependent on weather), around the vents, and vent covers. These barriers prevent pests from getting into your home and are included at no additional cost.

Front and back porch barrier

The Service Specialist will inspect the deck or porch areas and will remove any wasp nests or spider webs from those areas. The product will then be applied to help prevent pest activity. These barriers are included at no additional cost.

Year-round service

Pests are active in all seasons, even in winter. It is important to maintain barriers year-round for maximum effectiveness. Rain, snow, or shine we can service your home.

General rodent control included in base price

To control rodent activity, we will place mechanical or sticky traps in the interior of your home. To prevent more rodents from getting inside, we can put bait boxes on the outside of your home. General rodent control only includes mice, rat and voles. These pests will be serviced if there is an issue at no additional cost.

Protection plan

A single service won’t keep pests gone for long. We’ve created a Protection Program that gets rid of pests and keeps them away. An important component of the Protection Program is a regular application. The barrier we apply is powerful, but it diminishes over time. That is why we offer continuous services every 12 weeks and not a one-time service.

Use the most effective products with iCap Technology

Unique microcapsules in iCap technology are designed to stick to the insect’s waxy cuticle as they crawl over treated surfaces to help control them on contact. Smaller microcaps release the active ingredient quickly for immediate control, while larger microcaps release the active ingredient later for residual control.

Power Spray

The power spray treatment prevents insects from nesting on or entering the home. Micro-encapsulated and water based, it has almost no odor and will not stain treated surfaces. The Service Specialist will spray the side of the house, out from the foundation, and spot treats as well.

Long-Term solution, not a bandage

Nature is persistent, and when you stop treating for pests, they will come back. We’ve developed a Protection Program that is designed to get rid of pests and keep them away for good. Over time the external barriers begin to diminish, leaving little protection against pests entering your home. Every 12 weeks, we return to provide continuous service and to renew those exterior barriers.

Customer Portal

Our customers will receive access to a personalized customer portal. Their customer portal will have details about their service agreement, service reports, as well as invoices, and many more features.

Paperless Billing

After each service, you will receive a service report and invoice to the email you provided. Billing occurs automatically only after your service is completed.

De-webbing

Before power spraying, we use an extension pole with a sweeper attachment to take down wasp nests in eaves on or around the home, take down spider webs in eaves or around windows and lights or noticeable webs in plants or shrubs.

Servicing App for custom service preferences

The servicing app allows us to customize the service to treat your home. Our Service Specialists can leave notes regarding the service such as areas of treatment, the products used, and customer requests.

Each of our Service Specialists is required to go through a background check. This ensures the safety of our customers and our employees. Our Service Specialists are QualityPro accredited and are continually going through training to better the services we offer.
