To begin we’d like to thank you for your trust and allowing us to take care of your pest control needs. We have been in business now for over 10 years. In that time we have grown to include over 175 vehicles and 400 members of the community as a part of our team striving to take care of you. We hope your experience with us has been a great one. We have made a number of changes over the last few years to improve the service with your satisfaction in mind. We have appreciated all the feedback from our customers and as a result you may have noticed our latest steps in improving your customer experience as we have launched our mosquito service, updated our website and created a customer portal to view your account details.
We know that there are many pest control companies out there that probably have stopped by or will in the near future. Some of these companies will do just about anything to steal your business by offering free initials or super low quarterly pricing. As part of our commitment to provide only the best in both products and service we are unable and unwilling to compete directly with these tactics because it would lower the quality of our products and your service. As you probably were aware when you decided to have us come out and treat your home we do not claim to be the cheapest service out there but we do commit to being the best and taking care of your pests. We hope you feel that this additional value is worth the little bit of extra money you may pay for your Saela service.
Many of these other companies have a history of putting on a high volume of accounts at a very low price and then selling the accounts to the bigger nationwide companies. This may have happened to you in the past. As a company that has grown with members of your community we look forward to being a permanent fixture in the communities that we serve. While some of these other companies will claim, and may in fact plan on sticking around, none of them offer the same quality products and service. Contrary to what might be said all products are NOT equal. We only use the most effective and most family and pet friendly products out there. Please call us if you have any questions about the service we perform or the products we use. No one does more. As with most things you really do get what you pay for. This lack of substance and servicing quality is often apparent as they try to focus more on the tearing down of Saela’s reputation rather than focusing on the supposed benefits of their service. We have had hundreds of customers call this spring after “trying” someone else for a year and restart their program with us. This letter is also meant to save you any hassle and confusion that may arise from someone knocking on your door making claims of superior service even at a lower rate.
We have had many customers call in to inform us of these desperate sales tactics in particular directing them to review sites to “see” what a relatively few unhappy customers have posted. We have performed over 1.4 million services for more than 60,000 customers over the last few years and unfortunately a few of those customers haven’t been 100% satisfied with the service. Although we strive for perfection we do fall short at times. We are always trying to improve the experience of you, our customer.
