You probably don’t see pests very often, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be giving them some thought. Yes, pests are a nuisance, and they cause problems throughout their surroundings — not exactly the most heartwarming thing to ponder. But left unchecked, pests can damage your home or carry diseases and allergies that affect people long-term. Not only are pests annoying to us as humans, but they can affect our pets too.
If you’re looking for pest control near you, Saela provides the pest control services you need to regain control and remove those unwanted bugs and rodents. From ants, wasps and spiders to earwigs, silverfish and mice, we will help you live a pest-free life.Get Pricing

Your home is a warm and cozy haven that helps you escape from a stressful day. Unfortunately, all those touches make it an inviting haven for a number of household pests. With Saela, you can keep your home warm and inviting without having to worry about those uninvited pests.
Ants can be one of the hardest pests to get rid of and aren’t uncommon in homes. They usually find their way inside in search of food or to find a nesting place. Why normal ants don’t typically transmit disease, they are a nuisance that you don’t want to find in your food or countertops.Get Rid of Ants
Wasps nests commonly appear in the eaves of homes and doorways. Sweet foods, including rotting fruit, tend to attract wasps. Eliminating wasps nests can be dangerous, but to keep them away, you need to do more than just knock down their nests; wasps leave pheromones that will draw them right back.Get Rid of Wasps
There are many different types of spiders, and different things attract them to your home. Typically, spiders are just trying to find places where they can get food, water and stay hidden. Spiders have a unique makeup and behavior pattern, making most store-bought products and ugly sticky traps ineffective for a whole-house solution. Some spiders are more dangerous than others, so it’s wise to seek professional expertise to keep them from inside your home.Get Rid of Spiders
Silverfish are a notorious pest that can cause allergies in both pets and humans. They are nocturnal insects that like to live in damp places and feed on decaying organic matter such as books or food. Silverfish reproduce by laying eggs that hatch into nymphs.Get Rid of Silverfish
These funky looking insects aren’t always obvious, since they are night feeders. Earwigs only come out at night to feed, but can leave a big mess. They love damp places and can transmit disease to humans — all the more reason to get rid of them.Get Rid of Earwigs
Usually a centipede infestation isn’t spotted until it’s almost too late, which is why it’s important to regularly check for these pests. They enjoy moist areas and basements, but it’s not uncommon to find them hiding in closets or pantries.Get Rid of Centipedes
Nothing is scarier than finding a scorpion that has taken up residence in your home. They’re easily recognizable, but extremely dangerous. Special care is needed to remove one, and to ensure no more starts showing up throughout the house.Get Rid of Scorpions
While they look similar, mice and voles have some distinct differences. Mice have longer tails and eat grains, nuts, seeds and even the occasional dead animal. Voles have shorter tails, are heavier than mice and feed primarily on grass and plants. While both these creatures are non-aggressive, they can still cause damage to properties, especially a vole colony that finds itself at home in your yard.Get Rid of Mice and Voles
People thrive in a clean and safe environment. Seeing a pest in one’s home makes many of us feel dirty and invaded. Your time and worry can be saved by getting pest control. Imagine never needing to be reminded to take care of that annoying pest around your home. With Saela, that peace of mind is possible.
By investing in a quality pest control service, you can have the protection you've been looking for. With Saela, you can focus on your family and create memories that matter.
Saela invests heavily in training our service specialists to ensure you are provided with not only the best products, but the knowledge needed to take care of the pest you are dealing with. Understanding a pest’s natural habitat and behavioral patterns is just as important, if not more, as understanding the products that are going to be most effective for your particular pests.
The short answer to the question of whether or not pest control is important is “yes". Pest control is so much more than just preventing an infestation.
History has shown that the better pest control a civilization used resulted in longer lives. Many widespread plagues and disease trace its origins to various pests — including the infamous black plague. Pest control is essential for the overall health and longevity of societies.
Saela isn’t just a part of the service industry, we are in the health industry. Restaurants, hotels, hospitals and even schools have strict inspections because history has taught us the importance of pest-free environments.
Another advantage to hiring a pest control company is the knowledge they bring to the situation. Pests can adapt to certain products over time, making them ineffective. Some pests can even avoid certain products if it doesn’t penetrate their natural way of living. Pest control is much more than just spraying or laying down a product; knowing what product, for which pest, and for what time of year are all crucial factors.
Ridding your home of pests isn’t always as simple as setting traps or using store-bought spray. To truly control the problem, you’ll need the help of some professional pest control services, like those provided by Saela. Pests adapt to products over time, and knowing where — and what — to treat is crucial.
To truly control pests yourself would require an understanding of the pest’s behavior. What works and doesn’t work on them? What has the pest adapted to? Professional pest control services have these answers, and Saela also has the products to give you solutions.
There are several ways to perform pest control, but the best services will offer quality service with proven products and methods, each tailored to your specific needs or pest problem. Saela is the pest control company who will rid your home of unwanted bugs and rodents, while providing superior customer service so you can get back to enjoying time with your family.
Saela will inspect your home to identify the pests' entry points and how to best protect your home. To truly control a pest requires knowledge about what products are effective, where the pest will come in contact with the product and the time of year (to determine which product will last through the elements).
Identifying what to use and where to use it will help Saela perform the best service possible. Plus, we’ll give recommendations on what you can do to further protect your home from pests.
Your home has many points of entry, and we make sure to cover them all. Our powerful barriers bring you peace of mind and comfort. Even the best barriers wear down over time, but you can be rest assured knowing Saela will be right back out to keep you protected should anything unwanted show up. Just let us know and we’ll come out for free to ensure you have constant protection.
At Saela, when providing pest control services, our products (yes, as in multiple products) are anything but average. An effective pest control company should not rely on just one product for all pests. Many factors are in play when targeting pests; including climate, weather, what you are surrounded by, and the specific pests you are dealing with. That’s why we have invested in the top entomologists in the industry who are constantly studying our product's effectiveness and who can pass that training onto our service specialists. Not only do we use the highest quality products available that feature the latest technology, we know what to use, when to use it, and how to best place that treatment for the quickest and longest-lasting results possible. Plus, our licensed products are less toxic than table salt, putting your mind at ease over the safety of your family.
‘Pest control near me’ might be a search phrase that you use when looking for a company to terminate pests. However, you should also consider whether the pest control company will have satisfactory customer service, too. At Saela Pest Control, our custom CRM and proprietary app ensures a customized, personalized and superior experience for your home.
Saela combines the necessity of pest control with the benefits of advanced technology to give you more than just the standard. We take pictures and keep detailed notes, allowing each service to build off the last and provide the best outcome. This helps us provide great service, but is a benefit to you, the homeowner, by removing the need to describe the issue over and over.
Different seasons bring different pests. That is why at Saela Pest Control, we continually push and improve the industry by having different resources and methodologies to deal with the pests as they appear, making your living conditions as pest-free as possible. Our commitment to you promises a guarantee of great customer service, free re-services.
We treat inside your home during the initial service to reduce the pests you currently have. Because the protective barrier prevents pests from entering your home, interior services after your initial service isn’t required. If you would like an interior treatment, ask your service specialist.
During the exterior service, we use a pressurized sprayer to apply the product. We spray two feet up the side of the house, four feet out from the foundation. We spot treat around doors, around first story windows, eaves, the underside of accessible decks, and front porch areas. We also spot treat along the edges of cement, sidewalks, driveways, and porches as well as along the fence-line.
In addition to the foundation of your home, we apply the product around entryways of your home. These entryways include doors, first story windows (dependent on weather), around the vents, and vent covers. These barriers prevent pests from getting into your home and are included at no additional cost.
To control rodent activity, we will place mechanical or sticky traps in the interior of your home. To prevent more rodents from getting inside, we can put bait boxes on the outside of your home. General rodent control only includes mice, rat and voles. These pests will be serviced if there is an issue at no additional cost.
A single service won’t keep pests gone for long. We’ve created a Protection Program that gets rid of pests and keeps them away. An important component of the Protection Program is a regular application. The barrier we apply is powerful, but it diminishes over time. That is why we offer continuous services every 12 weeks and not a one-time service.
The National Pest Management Association is a non-profit organization that supports the pest management industry’s commitment to the protection of public health, food and property. As a member we help promote a positive public image and build awareness of the pest management industry.
Our Service Specialists are QualityPro certified. QualityPro is a certification given by the National Pest Management Association for excellence in pest control. The award is given to pest control companies who go above and beyond what is legally required by government agencies. It is awarded to pest control companies that meet the highest standards of operation.
We have performed more than 1.4 million services, but we care about your service as much as our first service in 2009.
Unique microcapsules in iCap technology are designed to stick to the insect’s waxy cuticle as they crawl over treated surfaces to help control them on contact. Smaller microcaps release the active ingredient quickly for immediate control, while larger microcaps release the active ingredient later for residual control.
The power spray treatment prevents insects from nesting on or entering the home. Micro-encapsulated and water based, it has almost no odor and will not stain treated surfaces. The Service Specialist will spray the side of the house, out from the foundation, and spot treats as well.
Nature is persistent, and when you stop treating for pests, they will come back. We’ve developed a Protection Program that is designed to get rid of pests and keep them away for good. Over time the external barriers begin to diminish, leaving little protection against pests entering your home. Every 12 weeks, we return to provide continuous service and to renew those exterior barriers.
Each of our Service Specialists is required to go through a background check. This ensures the safety of our customers and our employees. Our Service Specialists are QualityPro accredited and are continually going through training to better the services we offer.
