Edge - The Servicing Company Announces Company Name Change to Edge Pest Control


Orem, UT. January 1, 2021. -- Edge - The Servicing Company has announced a name change to Edge Pest Control, effective immediately. This rebranding strategy reflects a change in services offered by the company. Previously offering both pest control and lawn care services, Edge Pest Control no longer offers a lawn care program. Additionally, the company is focusing our efforts in pest control and mosquito services, recognizing the significant dangers that pests pose to homeowners. As a Public Defender of Health, Edge Pest Control continues to improve it's pest extermination and control efforts. Customers can expect the same level of service and customer satisfaction.

The company believes that this name change more accurately represents the services offered. Company ownership and staff have not changed. Need a refresh on our service due to an increased number of wasps around the yard. Tech came out and checked on what I needed. She was prompt and professional, gave the yard a refresh, knocked down a few nests and made sure I was fully aware of what she found. Great service!

My experience was excellent. The professional spray simply works better for pests. The commercial sprays only last about a week. It's just too over whelming to put up with wasps in the numbers they that they com in

Great communication and service! They email and schedule service as promised. We’ve had a drop in the mosquito population around our home and has enabled us to enjoy our yard after sunset without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. Thank you so much!!

Saela was responsive and actually showed up on time. I contacted several other extermination companies who did not arrive when they said (upwards of two hours late) without notification. I can't rate quality until I see the results of the application. Very impressed thus far.

Tyler Raymond continues to be an outstanding technician when servicing our property. Although he has been to the property numerous times, he treats it as if he had never been there before. He provides excellent customer service, treats me and the tenants on the property with kindness, respect and civility. He is thorough, explains everything he is doing, and patiently answers questions from our tenants and myself. I can't say enough good things about him. His supervisor, Brad, has also been extremely helpful. He responds promptly to any inquiry I send him, explains the services that are or have been done, the reason why they are provided, and any other questions regarding our account and or services, regardless of how many times I ask questions. He is customer service and satisfaction oriented. I know that I can trust him and what he tells me. Both gentlemen are consumate professionals who represent your company well. In a time when people are jumping from job to job, thank you for whatever you do to promote employee satisfaction.
