We have been using Saela for over two years now to do both rodent and pest control (purchased a house and discovered it came with an infestation of mice). Overall, we are extremely pleased with our service, Saela was able to come out and treat the house quickly-they did revisits till the issue seemed under control. It has continued to ebb and flow in severity. Recently, family living with us moved out and so did their cats…the mice returned in full force. Saela came out and did a full inspection-an Attic Clean-out was needed. While a pricey service-we highly recommend you listen and have it done if a tech recommends it is needed! We have a Lifetime Premium Mouse/Mice Plan (again highly recommend) and unlike some companies which slack a bit if they won’t see a fresh fee for each visit (applies to more than just pest industry), Saela has been quick to get us on the schedule and set up revisits. They said they would be with us till the issue is resolved and they meant it! Their pest control (quarterly service) does keep the bugs down. I will say we had a bit of trouble with spiders being driven into the house because the spraying was done fence in vs house out-but last time we were able to have them do house to fence and did not have a huge issue with spiders surging in number post spraying. The customer service we receive from the Techs is always good or excellent. Yes, we occasionally encounter a tech who, though super friendly, seems rushed and like we are just another customer number vs a customer-but that is extremely rare. On the whole the Techs take their time and treat us like we are valued customers, not just another customer number. The Techs also are highly knowledgeable and articulate. We do have a dog and so the pesticide being pet friendly was very important to us as well.

I’ve used them for several years and they’re great, Only one I found to do a good job on wasps. NOTE: Starting here, This is an update to this review—-five-plus years after initially going with them, they continue to be outstanding. In addition to fine professional work, all employees servicing my home are friendly, very accommodating and conscientious of how they do their job. I continue to be extremely pleased with them.

Always a pleasure dealing with the Saela technicians. Brent always takes a picture of our cats looking out the window watching him and sends it to us. It's great to see the funny faces he gets. Saela technicians always do an excellent job and handle everything we ask of them. The more specific you are in telling them where your problem areas are the better results you will get! Thank you very much, we can enjoy our backyard with no worries! We haven't had creepy crawlies in the house for years!

They started out great, now it just turns into nickel and diming me for more money each time. Can't wait to be out of contract and I'll get literally anyone else. After 3 years of servicing my house, I learn I have mice. Which is what I paid them for the last three years to avoid, now they want $10,000 for a complete mice mitigation package.
